| You are our guest and we want to be sure that your visit with us is top class. *Please arrive 20-30 minutes before your scheduled appointment, this allows time to complete necessary paperwork, use the restroom and change into spa attire and relax before your service. *We have men's and women's changing rooms - with lockers for your belongings (we still request that you leave all valuables at home, and we are not responsible for lost or stolen items). *We also have showers in the changing rooms for your convenience. *If having multiple spa services, we provide you with a wrap, robe and slippers to keep you comfortable throughout your stay. *If this is going to be your first spa experience, to ease your mind you will have a spa/salon coordinator assigned to you who will assist and answer any questions you may have and who will also make sure your spa experience is relaxing and beyond satisfying... *If your having a spa lunch/dinner with us we do take special requests - and if you have any diet restrictions or food allergies please be sure to let us know. *If having a pedicure with us - please remember to bring slippers or scandals for when you leave to keep your toes looking great! *If having a make-up application or lesson, please be sure to arrive with make-up removed and face cleansed and moisturized! *If having waxing services, for best results hair growth should be at least 1/4 inch in length. And you should not tan before or after a waxing service. *If having your hair styled or an up-d0, please arrive with your hair washed and dry, and remember to wear a button-up shirt! *We want all of our guests to enjoy their visit with us, children are welcome in our salon accompanied by a parent/guardian, however, children are not allowed in our spa areas - please be considerate of other guests and watch your children. |
