
At Serenitee Spa & Salon we strive to be sure that your visit with us is above and beyond - our guests are very important to us and your experience with us will be what a "true day spa" has to offer you.....you will be relaxed, refreshed, and pampered! But in order to be sure our guest's experience is above and beyond, we have to have our guests abide by our policies... Serenitee Spa & Salon Policies When scheduling multiple services, services that are over an hour, or services that are over $50.00 - we require those appointments to be secured with a credit card or gift certificate number. We accept Discover, Visa, and Master Card. When the occasion arises that you must cancel your appointments, we require a 24 hour cancellation notice, if cancelled less than 24 hours we will charge your credit card the full amount or deduct the full amount from your gift certificate. If you are scheduled for a spa package or spa party, we require a 72 hour cancellation notice, if cancelled less than 72 hours we will charge your credit card the full amount or deduct the full amount from your gift certificate. We unfortunately must enforce this policy due to the popularity of our spa and salon, we strive to get all of our guests in for appointments as requested, however, we at times are fully booked and when someone cancels at the last minute - our service professionals lose that income and that appointment time could have been filled with another guest wanting services. This is not a policy we like to enforce, but we do, so please be considerate and cancel your appointments as requested. We also have a no show policy - (if you don't call to cancel your appointment and you don't show up for your service) after you have done this one time (in the spa or salon)- we will require a credit card or gift certificate number to secure your appointment(s) and if you don't call to cancel your appointment(s) within 24 hours, we will charge your credit card or deduct your gift certificate the full amount. We require at least a two hour cancellation notice for tanning appointments, if you don't cancel within two hours of your appointment time or no-show, we will deduct one tan from your tanning package. If you pay for each tan as you go, then you will have a balance due the next time you tan. Due to safety reasons, please do not leave children unattended. In consideration of other guests, children are not allowed in the spa area. Please arrive 20-30 minutes before your spa services begin, allows time for appropriate paperwork to be completed and time to change into spa attire and relax before your service! For guests that are late for appointments - in order to be considerate of other guests appointments, we will adjust your service to the time remaining for your appointment. However, you will still be required to pay for the service you booked. Please turn off cell phones and pagers in the spa and salon, we want all of our guests to experience a relaxing environment. We reserve the right to refuse services to any guest, at any time we feel that the guest is acting inappropriately and our service professionals feel uncomfortable.
